RSE offers a 401K plan through Empower and the ACEC Retirement Trust (ACEC RT). RSE’s 401K company match is 100% of deferrals up to 3% of compensation, and then 50% of deferrals on 3% to 5% of compensation. Participants are also 100% vested from the start of contributions.

RSE will pay for 100% of all training related expenses required to maintain prequalification’s with MDOT. Reimbursement of other training related expenses are at the discretion of the Members.
After one year of service, RSE employees are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement as outlined here. RSE will reimburse 50% of fees for tuition and required course materials for all classes that have received passing grades (B or above). For courses to be eligible for this benefit, they must offer growth related to his or her current position or that might lead to promotional opportunities.
Courses must be pre-approved for reimbursement by the Members before registration for each course. The maximum benefit per calendar year is $1500. This benefit is subject to a commitment of service for a period beyond the completion of course work or obtaining the degree.
RSE will pay 100% of Professional Registration, Renewal and Exam Fees. RSE will pay 100% of the dues for one professional organization.
All professional development related benefits are at the discretion of the Members.
RSE encourages each employee to be involved in activities within their community including various civic groups, sports teams, etc. RSE will maintain flexible hours to permit an employee’s involvement in these activities. If deemed appropriate, RSE will sponsor activities or groups.
