ABOUT US
RS Engineering, LLC. (RSE) was founded in 2003 in Michigan, by Robert D. Rayl, PE and Thomas D. Sereseroz, PE, with the mission to help clients achieve their infrastructure objectives while fostering long-term partnerships and empowering professionals in their performance. Through the years, RSE has grown to a firm of over 30 professionals and become an industry leader in civil, structural, traffic, and construction engineering.
We proudly serve a diverse base of clients from the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) to local governments and private partners. Our decades of project expertise and experienced staff allow RSE to provide consistent and quality services throughout Michigan.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
RSE is a Minority-Owned Business registered through the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) through the State of Michigan. RSE was named the DBE Firm of the Year by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and the Small Business Firm of the Year by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
